Optima Synchro’s smaller team size encourages our swimmers to build deep bonds with each other throughout their swimming career. During this weekend’s East Zone Silver Clinic held at Worcester YMCA, our Intermediate and 13-15 AG swimmers not only learned new techniques but also grew together as a team. It was a demanding day-long event where our swimmers cheered each other on and worked hard to get better together. Great job swimmers! Big thanks to Coach Nicole and Coach Yuhong for attending the clinic with them.
