East Zone Invitational Wraps Up with Thrilling Performances Int&12 Under

The East Zone Invitational came to a thrilling close in New Haven, CT on March 16-17th 2024, leaving spectators mesmerized by the breathtaking performances of the Optima Synchronized Swimming Club. Amidst the tension and intensity of the competition, our talented athletes showcased not only their skill but also their unwavering determination to succeed.

Team Success at an Intermediate Level:

For our Intermediate team members, stepping onto the competition stage for the first time was a daunting task. Yet, they rose to the challenge with courage and grace. Alexis, Alivia, and Avery delivered precise figures, demonstrating their dedication to the sport and their remarkable potential. Together, as a team, they displayed unparalleled synchronicity, earning the admiration of both judges and fellow competitors, with the No.2 ranking silver medal.

12U and Under Age Group Makes Waves:

In the 12U and Under category, our athletes left a lasting impression with their exceptional performances. Peishan, Katie, and Miranda captivated the audience with their flawless figures, showcasing their mastery of the art form. The duet performance by Cindy and Miranda was nothing short of mesmerizing, as they flawlessly executed intricate maneuvers with grace and elegance. Peishan and Katie further impressed with their solo routines, earning well-deserved accolades for their individual brilliance.  Together, as a team they won 3rd place!
