NORTON, MA – Optima Synchro earned five medals at the 2017 East Zone Invitational on March 18-19, held at Wheaton College, with top 3 finishes from the trio of Xavia Banigan, Emma Diamantis, and Noelle Lee along with individual placements from Bonnie Li, Natalie Taylor, and Frida Vazquez-Gomez.
“It was exciting to see our swimmers’ development in the duet, trio, and team routine events,” said head coach Svetlana Malinovskaya. “They’re learning how to come together under a pressure-filled environment, and this competition will build their confidence for the season.”
